oggi vi darò una ricetta per la cura dell’infiammazione della bocca.
questa ricetta mi è stata tramandata dai miei genitori che a sua volta l’avevano avuto dai loro genitori e così via.
chiaramente non è una medicina ma aiuta a togliere l’infiammazione gengivale specialmodo se viene fatta un paio di volte alla settimana.
si prende una tazza di buon vino rosso,si aggiungono 20-25 foglie di edera(è preferibile quella scura piccola,ancora meglio quella di bosco.)
si taglia le foglie a strisce sottili.
si mette la nostra tazza con il vino e l’edera a bollire,e,la facciamo bolire mettendo un tappo sopra ,per circa venti minuti.(si conserva per qualche giorno)
quando sarà tiepida fate gli sciacqui e gargarismi tenendo in bocca almeno dieci minuti.vedrete la formazione di pezzetti più scuri…mia madre diceva che era infiammazione.
